This design is a super handy case to carry your pertinent medical and contact information for emergency purposes, as well as being a sturdy key chain. If you're ever in a situation where you are unconscious, this information will be readily available for first responders and medical personnel, which may save your life or may prevent medications being administered, which conflict with your current meds or allergies.

The design fits a 120 x 120 hoop and requires 2 hoopings. 1015A Front is 8,482 stitches. 1015B Back is 4,658 stitches. The finished size is 3.8" x 4.6".

If you do not want the medical symbol or awareness ribbon, you can simply skip those design steps. Additionally, if you have edit capability on your sewing machine or have embroidery software, you can personalize the key chain with your name and/or other designs.

Directions with step-by-step photos are included. In the zippered pocket, insert a list of your doctors, with contact info and any illness being treated for; medications, doses and prescribing doctor; emergency contact names and phone number; allergies; etc.
